Cancellation & Refund Policy

As a charitable organization, all donations made to IMMANUEL MERCY MISSION are treated as final and non-refundable. However, if you made a donation in error, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction and we will review the request.

How to Request a Refund

Email us at immanuelmercyhomeashram@gmail.com with details of the transaction (date, amount, and payment reference number). We will respond within 10 working days.

Exceptions

Refunds will only be considered in cases of duplicate donations or incorrect amounts debited.
